• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Due to the spiritual nature of our products, returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference or energy experience.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Rudraksha, energized products, and personalized/customized items cannot be returned once shipped.

• Items purchased during special sales/offers are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
